Description
My 'chef' (see A Man and His Pipe) made Cioppino-a fisherman's stew. It is considered an Italian American dish which includes more ingredients than just mussels and clams. However, when we finished dinner there was an overflowing dish of shells. My goal was to do an Alla Prima but it was not to be. While it was wet in wet, I had to complete the detail the next morning.
